The financing of the Vinachin 36MW power plant
 in Vietnam was nominated for "Deal of the Year"

Cai Lan project. Vinashin, Vietnam

A 36mW power plant was acquired by Jacobsen elektro and moved from China to Vietnam. The project was a turn-key operation including all financial aspects. It was financed by Societe Generale, France and Agri Bank, Vietnam. The guarantee was issued by GIEK of Norway.

A truly international accomplishment.

The electricity is planned to supply local steel production.
The steel will be used in a shipyard at the same location.
